4. Stay Owner Listings

The rates, photos, and descriptions shared are lawful and not misleading
They will keep listing information reasonably updated
We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove listings at our discretion.
5. Subscription Fees
Stay owners pay a monthly subscription fee to keep their listing active on traveleye.mv.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Subscription fees are billed monthly
Fees are fixed and not commission-based
Subscription payments are non-refundable once billed or paid, except where required by law
Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of the listing
6. No Guarantee of Bookings
We aim to support direct bookings and visibility for listed stays, but we do not guarantee:
A minimum number of enquiries
A minimum number of bookings
Revenue, occupancy, or business results
7. Content and Accuracy
We try to keep all information on the website accurate and updated. However, we do not guarantee that all listings, rates, descriptions, or availability details will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Guests should confirm important details directly before finalizing a booking.
8. Booking Responsibility
Any booking, reservation, stay, payment, cancellation, refund, complaint, or dispute related to a property is primarily between the guest and the stay owner or operator, unless clearly stated otherwise.
